Recommendations for the public

On Sunday it is better to plan the day taking into account rain. Take an umbrella or waterproof jacket. Wear closed and warm shoes. Avoid light-colored clothing.

Try to reduce long trips. Check the road conditions. Be especially careful on the coastal plain. Flooding is possible there.

Do not plan walks in areas of river beds. Stay away from the gorges of the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea. Flash floods are possible there.

If you stay at home, ventilate the room between rainfalls. Keep warm in the evening. Stay tuned for forecast updates overnight.
