The warning of strong or very strong thunderstorms applies to almost the entire Karlovy Vary Region, the southwestern edge of the Central Bohemian Region, the Pilsen and South Bohemian regions, the Highlands, the South Moravian Region and the parts of the Zlín and Olomouc regions. Gradually, according to meteorologists, storms will cease during the evening and night hours.

Until Sunday, there is also an increased risk of developing and spreading fires in central and northwest Bohemia.
