This Thursday, April 10, 2025, the four metro lines of the Lyon transport network found themselves at the stop. The interruption took place at 5.42 p.m. TCL on its website. The reason? A fault in the computer system.

The resumption of traffic is estimated at 8 p.m., indicates the transport network. The mayor LR of Saint-Priest, Gilles Gascon indignant at the situation on X : “Four metro lines out of four at the stop. One without fault”.

If the metro breakdowns are recurrent in the Lyon agglomeration, the interruption of the four lines at the same time only happens. The last time dates back to October 6, 2022.

Users, recorded 530,000 subscribers in 2024 (for 519 million trips), fell back on the tram which is taken by storm in the middle of rush hour, and while the city will welcome within a few hours, at 9 p.m., the match of the Europa Lyon – Manchester United League at Groupama Stadium.
