TOWARD the end of the year, The Sunan Hotel Solo is again presenting the Festive Season 2025 series which is designed to provide the best culinary and entertainment experiences for guests. This year, three main programs were prepared and held in two locations at once, namely Narendra Restaurant and Musro The Sunan Hotel Solo.
The Christmas celebration is packaged through the “Joyful Night Christmas – All You Can Eat Buffet Dinner” event, which will take place on December 25 2025 at 17.00-21.30 WIB at Narendra Restaurant. Guests can enjoy special Christmas dishes served as a buffet, complete with live music, the presence of Santa Claus, and the performance of a children’s choir. This entire series can be enjoyed at a price of IDR 258,000 nett per person.
Entering New Year’s Eve, the hotel is presenting the “Ultimate 90’s New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner” on December 31 2025 at 18.00-22.00 WIB, also at Narendra Restaurant. At a price of IDR 373,000 nett per person, guests will be treated to a special buffet as well as entertainment from Victory Acoustic and the MC duo Aria Manifesto & Lulu.
As the peak of the New Year celebration, Musro The Sunan Hotel Solo presents “Musro 90’s Revival – Year End Party & Countdown” starting at 22.00 WIB. This event presented ECHOFUN (DJ Karaoke Jojo & Adhisty) and Bertiga Music, which brought a 90s themed party atmosphere. Entrance tickets are priced at FDC 50K, including free cocktail.
General Manager of The Sunan Hotel Solo, Retno Wulandari, said that this year’s festive series was prepared to bring back the warmth of nostalgia. Apart from that, it provides a classy celebration experience for guests.
Adding to the celebration, the hotel also displays unique creations in the form of Christmas trees made from Baguette (French bread). Baguette is known as a typical French bread that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Retno Wulandari explained that in French tradition, baguettes are not just food, but a symbol of warmth and simplicity in celebrating Christmas with the family. “All of them illustrate the enthusiasm and positive energy to welcome Christmas & New Year,” he said.
The Christmas tree was installed in the lobby of The Sunan Hotel Solo. It reaches 190 cm in height with a diameter of 200 cm, using 10 kg of baguette base material stuck with white chocolate. The making process took four days by the Art & Pastry Team of The Sunan Hotel Solo. Christmas ornaments and knick-knacks also add to the artistic value of these creations.
The presence of this baguette Christmas tree attracts the attention of hotel guests and visitors. Many people immortalized the moment while enjoying the celebratory atmosphere at The Sunan Hotel Solo.
