Today, October 8, slight warming is expected in Israel, especially in the mountainous and central regions of the country. Temperatures will approach seasonal normal levels and skies will be partly cloudy, forecasters said. Scattered showers are possible this morning, including on the coastal plain.

The water in the Mediterranean Sea has warmed up to 28 °C, with wave heights ranging from 20 to 180 cm. Experts warn that swimming in the evening can be dangerous.

• Lake Kinneret – southwest up to 10 km/h;

On Thursday, October 9, a cold snap is expected: the air temperature will drop slightly below the seasonal norm. In the northern and central regions of the country there will be localized rains, which will gradually weaken by midday. The sky will remain partly cloudy throughout the day.

No significant changes in the weather are expected on Friday. There will be a chance of drizzle along the coast in the morning, with partly cloudy skies remaining throughout the day.

Temperatures will rise slightly on Saturday but remain slightly below normal for this time of year. At the same time, forecasters are predicting mostly clear skies with rare patches of partly cloudy skies.
