Today, October 8, slight warming is expected in Israel, especially in the mountainous and central regions of the country. Temperatures will approach seasonal normal levels and skies will be partly cloudy, forecasters said. Scattered showers are possible this morning, including on the coastal plain.
The water in the Mediterranean Sea has warmed up to 28 °C, with wave heights ranging from 20 to 180 cm. Experts warn that swimming in the evening can be dangerous.

No significant changes in the weather are expected on Friday. There will be a chance of drizzle along the coast in the morning, with partly cloudy skies remaining throughout the day.
Temperatures will rise slightly on Saturday but remain slightly below normal for this time of year. At the same time, forecasters are predicting mostly clear skies with rare patches of partly cloudy skies.
