HOTEL Hyatt Place Makassar was the choice of the First Lady of the Republic of Indonesia, Iriana during her working visit to the city of Makassar, 22-23 August 2024.

Hyatt Place Makassar Hotel is located in the heart of Makassar, with easy access to various important destinations in the city, including business centers, shopping and cultural attractions.

The selection of this hotel demonstrates the First Lady’s trust in the level of security and service offered by Hyatt Place Makassar.

The arrival of the First Lady this time was accompanied by the wife of the Vice President of Indonesia Ma’ruf Amin, Wury, along with members of the Solidarity Action Organization of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet Era (OASE KIM) in order to conduct a working visit to South Sulawesi Province.

Before leaving the hotel, Iriana and her entourage also stopped by one of the hotel outlets, namely The Market, to see several available MSME products which are the result of collaboration between Hyatt Place Makassar and several local MSMEs.

This is the first time the First Lady has visited Hyatt Place Makassar since the hotel officially opened on February 17, 2024.
