AS part of the Indonesian Safari Park, Enchanting Valley continues to strengthen its position as a nature-based family tourism destination in the Puncak area, Bogor. After starting operations and receiving a positive response from visitors, Enchanting Valley is now prioritizing improving service quality and operational readiness to welcome the Christmas and New Year (Nataru) holidays, which are known as the peak period for tourist visits.
As part of this effort, the Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, Ni Luh Puspa, visited the Enchanting Valley to directly inspect the destination’s readiness to face the surge in tourists during the year-end holiday season. The review includes management of visitor flow, facility readiness, safety and security aspects, as well as the overall tourist experience. This visit is a form of synergy between the government and tourism industry players in ensuring destinations are ready to serve tourists optimally, safely and comfortably during the Christmas period.
Alexander Zulkarnain, Chief Marketing Officer, Taman Safari Indonesia (TSI) Group stated, “The visit of the Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy to the Enchanting Valley is an important momentum for us to ensure the destination’s operational readiness in facing the Christmas and New Year holiday period. Our focus is on maintaining smooth visitor management, facility readiness, as well as safety and comfort, so that the family travel experience is maintained despite an increase in visits.”
