The agricultural world has few secrets for Christophe Faussot, head of Sévigné farm-brewery in Époisses. He has been immersed in this universe since he was very young. “The farming profession has always attracted me. I wanted to settle down to perpetuate the family tradition and continue the activities of the farm, which has been in the family for a century,” explains the farmer and brewer.
When choosing his professional direction, he did not hesitate: baccalaureate at the general and technological agricultural high school La Brosse in Auxerre, then BTS in agronomy, at the Olivier-de-Serres agricultural high school in Quetigny.
