The agricultural world has few secrets for Christophe Faussot, head of Sévigné farm-brewery in Époisses. When choosing his professional direction, he did not hesitate: baccalaureate at the general and technological agricultural high school La Brosse in Auxerre, then BTS in agronomy, at the Olivier-de-Serres agricultural high school in Quetigny.
