Time will radically change from this Wednesday, July 23 in Occitania. Like several departments in France, Ariège, Hautes-Pyrénées, Gers, Lot, Aveyron, Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne and Haute-Garonne are in fact in yellow alert to thunderstorms, at different times.

If sun and clouds alternate in recent days in the region, thunderstorms are announced by Météo France on Wednesday. Yellow alertness is therefore triggered in several departments. Here is when the strongest bad weather is, at this time, planned:

  • Hautes-Pyrénées: between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Gers: Between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Lot: Between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Tarn-et-Garonne: between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Haute-Garonne: between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Tarn: Between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Aveyron: between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Ariège: between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Yellow alert is the first alert level, which indicates localized thunderstorms and advises to adopt a particular vigilance, especially outdoors.
