Welcoming the excitement of Chinese New Year 2577 Kongzili, GAIA Semeja Asian Kitchen, located in the lobby of GAIA Cosmo Hotel Yogyakarta, presents the Fire Horse Chinese New Year Celebration, a special dining experience that combines tradition, a spirit of togetherness, and prayers for good luck and new energy in the coming year.

This celebration takes place from 1 to 17 February 2026, every day from 12.00 to 22.00 WIB, by presenting a family sharing set menu designed to be enjoyed with family and those closest to you.

The culinary journey begins with an appetizer in the form of Dimsum consisting of Siomay, Hakao and Dragon Mustache Meatballs. To warm up the atmosphere, guests can choose between the classic Tan Hua Soup or the comforting Chicken Herbal Soup.

For the main course, guests can choose one type of dish from each available category, from carbohydrate options such as Hainan Rice or Steamed Tofu Egg Rice, to a choice of three types of mouth-watering proteins. There is a poultry category with a choice of Hongkong Roasted Chicken or Roasted Duck, a beef category in the form of Beef Black Pepper or Beef Szechuan, as well as a fish category with a choice of Sour & Spicy Gourami or Hongkong Style Steamed Gindara.

Complementing this harmony of taste, vegetable dishes such as Sapo Tofu Vegetables or Crispy String Beans With Garlic can also be chosen according to taste. This entire series will be closed with fresh fruit pieces, Iced Peach Gum, Hot Chinese Tea, and mineral water.
