Hold on to your best summer memory, because it could soon be forgotten. The weather forecast is looking gloomy for the week of September 9 in Normandy.

As expected France Weatherafter a weekend marked by grey skies, Monday September 9, the sky will be grey and rainy but the temperatures will be mild: 15°C in the morning and up to 20°C in the afternoon. Tuesday, the weather should be generally more pleasant in Normandy. No rain is expected that day, except on the coast.

A particularly cold Friday morning

On Wednesday and Thursday, rain will once again settle in Eure and Seine-Maritime but temperatures will remain seasonal, around 16°C.

On Friday the 13th, however, the thermometer plummeted. In the early morning, it will be 7 to 8 degrees in part of Eure and Seine-Maritime. This sudden cooling is explained by the accumulation of cold air over the Arctic as the days get shorter. These cold air masses descend towards Europe, and therefore France, as noted by the Voice of the North.

In the Alps, the mercury will not exceed 2°C on Friday 13th and on this occasion, according to Weather news. We will be able to see the first snowfalls at altitude.

In our flat country, we are not there yet, but we must definitely think about putting away our sandals and getting out our sweaters!
