7 Dubai Destinations that are Suitable for Gen Z and Millennials

The country, which is known for its deserts and hot temperatures of up to 40 degrees Celsius, is introducing their new tourist destination. The following are seven new tourist destinations according to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) ready to tempt travelers, both Millennials and Gen Z, to travel in 2026:

1. Ciel Dubai Marina

One of the highest hotels in the world with a height of 377 meters with 82 floors. Located in Dubai Marina, According to DET, the Hotel reflects Dubai’s ongoing efforts to bring new standards to the global hospitality industry. This hotel offers 360 degree views overlooking Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf. Apart from that, there are other luxury facilities that promise a luxurious experience.

2. Mama Shelter

Located in the center of Dubai, Mama Shelter is an accommodation that has 197 rooms with swim-up bar facilities and 4 terraced swimming pools. Don’t forget the typical Italian trattoria restaurant with a traditional menu.

3. House of Hype

The light attraction ride inside Dubai Mall which presents 18 Immersive World installations with neon lights, typical Tokyo city style, K-Pop stages, light gardens, and others. For those who like shopping, there are 14 shops selling exclusive releases, fashion and technology. Meanwhile, for content lovers, there are 55 stage rides for content creators complete with digital technology, music and artificial intelligence. Apart from that, there are 50 game rides and 6 special restaurants for dinner.

4. Dubai Museum of Art (DUMA)

This floating museum was built on Dubai Creek and was officially opened in October 2025. DUMA is a venue for exhibitions of modern and contemporary art. This building was designed by the famous Japanese architect, Tadao Ando. This museum is a symbol of art, culture and architectural innovation. In addition, DUMA is open as a cultural center with educational programs, a library, and discussion forums between artists.

5. Therme Dubai

A giant lifestyle and health project dubbed an “island in the sky”. Located above Zabeel Park, Therme Dubai will integrate recreation, wellness and entertainment facilities in one area, including the world’s largest indoor botanical garden. Scheduled for completion in 2028, Therme Dubai is ready to provide health and fitness services.

6. Palm Jebel Ali

This majestic seaside destination covers 13.4 square kilometers with 110 kilometers of coastline. The development will feature ultra-luxury villas, world-class hotels and resorts, as well as integrated lifestyle areas, and is projected to accommodate around 35,000 families when completed. Palm Jebel Ali is designed to showcase the coastal lifestyle and world-class residential and beachside tourism destination.

7.  Dubai Metro Blue Line & Transport Infrastructure

Construction is underway for the Dubai Metro Blue Line, along with the construction of 226 kilometers of roads and 115 bridges and tunnels in strategic growth areas. Led by the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), these projects aim to improve urban connectivity, mobility and accessibility across the city.
