“We convey these tips to help passengers plan their trips more comfortably and safely,” said Eva, Wednesday (13/11).

1. Arrive Early to the Station

Rain can cause traffic jams in the area around the station. To avoid traffic jams, leave early. Don’t forget to check the schedule on the ticket and head to the departure area without rushing. Please note the gate to the platform will close 5 minutes before departure, so it is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand.

2. Use Integrated Transportation that is Directly Connected

Passengers are encouraged to use integrated transportation services that are directly connected to Whoosh station, such as the Jabodebek LRT, Feeder Train, and other modes of transportation. By using this connected transportation, passengers can avoid exposure to rain and change modes more comfortably, because the transportation route is physically connected to Whoosh station.

3. Stay alert when in the station area

When outside the station or around stairs, it is very important not to run and always be aware of your footsteps to avoid the risk of slipping. Although KCIC has ensured that stations are equipped with proper drainage systems and cleaning equipment to reduce waterlogging, vigilance is still required.

4. Wear Warm Clothes and Bring an Umbrella

The rainy season usually brings cooler temperatures, especially around the station. Therefore, make sure to wear warm clothes and bring an umbrella or raincoat. For convenience, passengers can also store umbrellas in the luggage area available at each train connection.
