The travel agency Urlaubswelt from Schörfling am Attersee is setting the course for the future. 33 years are not enough!!

Schörfling/Vöcklabruck/Gmunden/Bad Ischl/Salzburg/Linz/ (OTS) – The travel agency urlaubswelt.com has been in Schörfling am Attersee for thirty-three years. Harald Schobesberger started with one employee under the name Bunte Urlaubswelt. The company grew quickly. After a short interlude with a branch in St. Pölten, the company grew steadily at the Kammer location. With the move to the “family-owned” building at Hauptstraße 22 in Kammer, a permanent home was found.

As a special distinction, Urlaubswelt received the IATA concession to issue airline tickets in the 1990s. The company still has this authorization today and therefore has special expertise in the area of ​​scheduled flights.

From the beginning, it was important to Mr. Schobesberger to do everything for his customers, because only satisfied regular customers ensure the long-term survival of the travel agency. More than 8,000 customers appreciate the customer service, which does not stop with booking the trip, but covers all aspects of traveling, from parking to check-in and travel insurance.

Harald Schobesberger comes from a family of entrepreneurs who were already involved in tourism in the early 1960s, at that time as a bus and taxi company. Harald Schobesberger also retained his passion for group travel from this time, which he demonstrates in his annual special groups, where he sometimes drives a bus for his customers.

The well-being of his employees is just as important to Mr Schobesberger as the well-being of his customers. Without his employees, the whole company is worthless. There are currently 5 employees working in the travel agency. Ms Berger was one of the first employees that Mr Schobesberger hired and she is still with the company today. Because Mr Schobesberger travels a lot with groups and because he is slowly having to think about his successor, Ms Niedermayr Melanie will join the management team to support and relieve him of some of his workload. She will then steer the ship independently. Until then, Mr Schobesberger will stay by her side and help with his experience so that the company continues to develop positively, because “standing still is going backwards”.
